While we never lose sight of the objectives of the engagement, we understand the importance of your
vital business relationships. Accordingly, we take a non-confrontational, fact-based approach that is fair,
efficient, and productive.

Although our contract may be with the Licensor or the Licensee, it is our objective to help identify any
problem areas that may be triggering non-compliance and to help correct the problems.
As a neutral third-party, we are independent fact gatherers with a mission to work fairly, efficiently and
productively. Absent a direct stake in the outcomes, we are able to facilitate timely, cooperative
assistance, and our collection and maintenance of the client's documents on our own secured network
often serves to minimize confidentiality and privacy concerns.

Indeed, even after the engagement, CORE's involvement provides lasting benefits to our clients. Our role
as an informed intermediary serves to limit any possible damage to the ongoing relationship between
Licensors and Licensees due to lack of compliance and, indeed, even contributes to relationship
longevity by deepening mutual understanding of critical vendor contracts.
